Global Victoria opens the world to Victorian businesses by building their skills and knowledge for international growth and promoting them to audiences in key global markets.
Trade missions
Trade missions provide Victorian exporters with opportunities to build international connections and develop a better understanding of global markets. Trade missions are typically sectoral focused and Global Victoria develops tailored programs for participating businesses, supported in-market through an international network of more than 20 Victorian Government Trade and Investment (VGTI) offices.
Investor migration and global talent attraction
The Victorian skilled and business migration program brings investment and jobs to Victoria through the attraction of investor and business migrants. The program also attracts high calibre global talent to meet Victoria's ongoing workforce needs in high priority occupations that cannot be accessed locally.

Equity Investment Attraction Fund
The Equity Investment Attraction Fund prioritises direct equity investments in high-growth companies of strategic interest to Victoria, which are looking to scale up their business. The fund’s primary focus will be on attracting international or interstate start ups to Victoria.
Governor of Victoria Export Awards (GOVEA)
The Governor of Victoria Export Awards celebrate the innovation and hard work of exporters across a range of sectors including agribusiness, business services, creative industries, digital technologies, e-commerce, education and training, environment, health and biotechnology, manufacturing, minerals, energy and regional development.

Venture Growth Fund
The Victorian Government has committed $25 million to establish the Venture Growth Fund. This fund offers eligible high-growth start ups access to venture credit of between $50,000 and $5 million, helping create jobs and driving economic growth.
Victorian International Education Awards
The Victorian International Education Awards support the international education sector and raise awareness of the sector’s benefits to the broader community and recognise the outstanding accomplishments of the students, staff and institutions that make up Victoria’s thriving international education sector.

Invest Victoria fosters long term economic prosperity by enabling business opportunities and job creation for Victoria. Responsible for leading new entrant Foreign Direct Investment and investment opportunities of significance as well as enhancing the business investment environment, developing and providing whole-of-government levers and strengthening the governance of investment attraction activities.
