How do I register my business on the Portal?
If you are already a supplier, you don’t need to register. You just need to log in using your contact email.
If you are a new supplier and want to participate in a sourcing event that DJPR is running, you can complete the ‘New Supplier Register’ form.
What happens after I complete the registration form to become a new supplier?
You will receive a welcome email containing a link for you to log into the system and participate in sourcing events as a provisional supplier. If you are successful in winning work with DJPR you will be onboarded as an authorised supplier.
I’m an existing supplier, how do I log in?
If you have been onboarded onto the DJPR Supplier Portal you will have received a system-generated email (from firstname.lastname@example.org) containing a link for you to log in. If you are not sure of your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the Supplier Portal login page.
I’m an existing supplier and I don’t have a login, how do I get one?
We aren’t onboarding all our suppliers at once, if you haven’t received a system-generated email (from email@example.com) containing your login please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can assist you.
How do I find out if I am an existing supplier?
Contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com.
I tried using the log-in details provided, but they didn’t work.
Please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the Supplier Portal login page or email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can assist you.
I tried to click the link I was sent to set my password and it's expired.
The link is only valid for 8 hours. If you receive a message advising you the link is expired please go to the login page and select 'Forgot Password' and you will be emailed a new link.
I received a message to reset my password when I logged in for the first time.
This is expected. You will need to set your password when you first log in to the Portal.
I’ve forgotten my password
You can reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the Supplier Portal login page. If you need further assistance please email our Customer Support Team at email@example.com so they can reset the password for you.
What are the password requirements for the Supplier Portal?
Your password will need to contain at least 8 characters, 1 upper case, 1 number, 1 special character.
Can I give another person from my business access to the DJPR Supplier Portal?
Yes, once you have logged in to the Portal you can add new contacts to your organisations account with an associated role type. What are the different contacts our organisation should provide via the Portal?
Supplier Self Service Clerk - This person will be your primary Supplier Portal account holder and will manage your organisation’s profile. It’s a good idea to have more than one person in your organisation with this access.
Supplier Bidder - This is the person DJPR will contact about tender responses.
Supplier Accounts Receivable Specialist - This person manages invoices and payments for your organisation. This person will be able to update your organisation’s bank details.
What do I do if my organisation’s Supplier Self Service Clerk is leaving, or we need to put someone else in the role?
You will need to have your nominated Supplier Self Service Clerk log into the DJPR Supplier Portal and create a new company contact to assign this to. Our Supplier Self Service Clerk has left the organisation and did not reassign this contact type to anyone before they left. How do I do this?
Please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can arrange for a new Supplier Self Service Clerk to be created for your organisation.
How do I submit a response to a tender?
